What We Stand For
We regularly test our toys for quality and safety. All of our products including the colour and oil meet the european standard for safety of toys (EN71) and the US standards.
Our wood is only sourced from sustainably managed forests in Europe. We use alder, lime, beech and maple trees.
All colors and oils we use are certified in accordance with the EN 71 and CPSIA/ASTM 963 standards. They are completely harmless.
The fabrics of our dolls are Oeko-Tex certified.
Some of our products are made in cooperation with handicapped people: Magnet Puzzles, Sparkling Mandalas and Mobiles (Item No. 70240-44).
Most of our products are also suitable for therapeutic work in many ways. This products has been successfully tested in therapy: Puzzle Octagon and Puzzle Butterfly.
If you clean our products only use a damp cloth. Please do not submerge in water and do not use disinfectant or hot water.
For us, it is important to achieve minimal packaging because we do not want to contribute to worldwide packaging waste any more than absolutely necessary to ensure safe transport.
We love wood because it is a natural material so it always has various markings that show up in our products, making each one unique.
Grimm’s toys are always one a kind, carrying unique marks made by nature. Wood grain has changing structures and colours which serve as proof of its
natural origins. The unique variations are proof of quality, not defects. Discover the markings that make your Grimm’s toy Simply Unique!
